Chris, do market makers have 90 seconds to accept or decline a bid or
offer? If so, how would you take advantage of market makers that are
out of line with the market? All orders have to be entered by a registered rep, correct? So, orders placed "electronically" by your
cyber trading system are still entered by a rep manually on a level3,
which costs time.
