OK I think I'm finally beginning to understand this twisted reporting of numbers. Basically if you boil it down at the end of the Bush Administration you are saying that the rate of Private Job Growth slowed to an extreme level, without increasing the unemployment rate of course because Private Sector jobs were still being created but not as fast or even beginning to flat line. You are saying that no such slowing of Private job creation has occurred since Hoover? That isn't possible because every recession in which unemplyment has increased, this slowing has obviously occurred until unemployment was actually caused.
