Thanks for the article. The NAS study is due in December 2011, so a little over a year from now. Then the legislature presumably will act if the study is favorable. Not a project that will be generating headlines in the short-term but for relatively little money they get a piece of a massive resource. Only question is when they will be allowed to develop it.
