Pat-- Nacchio talking about the bottleneck. He was second or third in command of the bottleneck in the old AT&T Lucent days. Not that long ago.

I think it's funny how these executives use spin doctoring. I personally would have picked him to be chairman of AT&T. He was passed over and now calls the kettle black. I think he doing a great job for Qwest. Sometimes when these executives get away from the large bureaucratic companies, they can work wonders.
