The legislature is a poor place as they are PAID marionettes who do what they are told to do and they are often controlled by unknown sources. The courts are the best we have. So we really differ here. No matter how bad the courts are they are at least fair and they interpret the constitution better than those players who are like chess pieces.. legislators.
