Paul, RE: these folks will disappear like the Black Plague. (Until the "next" bug is uncovered). No need for us to disappear, there are 1. 18 Pentium II bugs that Intel says they will not fix 2. 7 hardware specifications that the Pentium II could not meet so the specification was unilaterally changed, also 2 FPU bugs in the same category. 3. 11 Pentium II bugs that Intel promises they'll fix...eventually 4. 3 bugs that were fixed (WOW) One extremely serious bug (F0) that Intel is "investigating."
