I have a complaint about SYQUEST! I have been sending them this E-Mail everyweek for I don't know how long. I currently have 270 MB removable HD item number S103490. I bought in April 1997. The HD that I currently have has been accumulating bad blocks. I am now afraid to use it as a backup for fear of losing any stored data. Please inform me as to how I can exchange my current "defective" HD for a new one. I have changed address since I bought this product and no longer live near the vendor. Also, please inform me if this is a common occurrence with this product. As of today I have not received ANYTHING. This might give you an indication as to what the management of the company is like. I am a daytrader so I know the importance of having a quality product and equally important quality management. What I see and know of this company it is obvious to me that SYQUEST has neither. Unload this stock!!!!!
