Thanks for clarification Japanese as oppose to Japan.

When you mentioned Pebble Beach I was reminded of a couple of trips to the area. You have now provided the name I was searching for-------The Lone Cypress. When I was there, snapping pictures I was told that pictures of The Lone Cypress tree were copyrighted and one could not resale your own photos.

Of course, I have some beautiful pictures of the The Lone Cypress as do many tourist-----which someone can pull out a 100 years from now and sell as antiques.
