Beijing taking over HK? Hadn't Beijing taken over HK in 1997? Oh, yeah, only 1/5 if you consider printing presses there has 3 banks, only one is Chinese bank. Looking a further deeper, a clue is enough in this case, HK is left as it is because this serves the best interest of Beijing.

BTW, Maoists could have taken over HK before the Korean War against the UN crime forces (anyone initiates a war is a criminal against humanity). Oops, another clue.
