Al-len, this is a great idea. It would probably be better to fax or mail a copy of the certs to that person to make it more official. I would be surprised to find out that the 1.6 -1.8 million share float has not been or is not reached. For what other logical reason would the DTC send the requests back to the brokers? Perhaps the NASD can tell us what we should be doing differently to get our proofs of purchase.
It is pretty clear that someone doesn't want us to get them any time
soon.
