Rich_1 Again. It is not the DTC's reponsibility to supply what was sold to us. They are simply a holding place. YOUR BROKER is responsible. If your broker gets your request kicked back, then he sold you "air"! It is his reponsibility to get you your certs, not the DTC's. Hraka
