detour gold. I dont know why the share price is declining. Detour gold just successully issued $500 Million of senior convertible notes premium about 25%, interest rate 5.5%. seems like a good deal for 1 and all. paulson took 1/2 of the deal. Looks like a big vote of confidence to me as paulson already owns 15% of the shares.
