My guess is that the relative price weakness we're seeing today is anticipation by some investors that tomorrow's conference call will be another low key, monotonous presentation with a resulting price decline in the aftermath, as followed the last few conferene calls. But with the class action lawsuit now dismissed, maybe the company will feel encouraged to give a more upbeat presentation and give shareholders something to get excited about. I think it's time for management to get a little more aggressive and let the world know what to expect. Of course, we don't want any unsubstantiated hype; but after all these years in development and now being on the verge of transitioning to production , they do have something to crow about and should (IMHO).
