LTX and Credence, Cohu and Rasco is beginning to yield record backlogs. KLA and Tencor were two mid tiers with similar front end equipment processes. Rtec and August Aixtron merger was considered a take down but has really been super for the stock price. It was one of the first after the collapse so it has had time to be digested. Bob
