Not everyone is happy about the buyout price on LTXC. As a shareholder I would like to see the price higher but the argument put forth by Levi & Korsinsky, LLP that the price is too low based on analysts price projections is silly. I'm sure there are price projections that are much higher for VRGY than the current stock price.

The investigation concerns whether the LTX-Credence Board of Directors breached their fiduciary duties to LTX-Credence stockholders by failing to adequately shop the Company before entering into this transaction and whether Verigy is underpaying for LTX-Credence shares, thus unlawfully harming LTX-Credence stockholders. In particular, the mean price target for LTX-Credence stock set by 5 analysts is $12.60 per share with at least one analyst setting a price target of $18 per share.

The mean target on VRGY is 11.06. The high target is 16. Currently VRGY trades at 8.35. The acquisition of LTXC looks to be good for both companies in many ways even if it is not all it could be to stockholders now.

I'll just share a long term chart of VRGY since I see little chance that the merger won't go through:

Good work Bob on listing some of the mergers in this space!
