Kenneth, First off lose your Bush fixation. Last time I looked he has not been president for almost two years. So stop being a partisan pinhead! Secondly if the $1 TRILLION dollars was taxed at a lower rate and brought back to the U.S. it would do something that the gov't has always been UNABLE to do which is create jobs! This type of common sense thinking escapes partisan lemmings like yourself! Stop being part of the problem!!
