Thanks for the post coopie. It made my day. No, I don't think CUBE wants to take over TI. TI portrays itself as the dgital signal processing chip company, but it cannot make an MPEG2 decoder. CUBE should pick a higher tech and lower PE target. ROFL, BillyG
