Access Graphics Signs Distribution Agreement with Ciprico Inc.

Now Offers Ciprico RAID Storage Products to Silicon Graphics Resellers
BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Access Graphics, the premier
value-added technical distributor of complex computing products and services,
announced today that it has reached an agreement to become the distributor of
Ciprico Inc. high-performance storage products. Ciprico is a leader in the
RAID 3 disk array market specializing in the design, manufacture, marketing
and service of multi-platform disk arrays including Silicon Graphics
(NYSE: SGI), NT, Sun and DEC; and the first disk array company to provide
utilities for Silicon Graphics systems and to ship fibre Channel RAID
products.
Under the agreement, Access Graphics will initially carry the full line of
Ciprico's Silicon Graphics-based RAID 3 disk arrays including the 6500 Ultra
SCSI Series, 6900 Ultra SCSI Series and 7000 Fibre Channel Series, as well as
Ciprico's RAID Recorder targeted to the entertainment market.

To launch the product, Access will initially work to transition Ciprico's
resellers over to Access. "Many of Ciprico's current resellers already
purchase Silicon Graphics equipment from Access, making the transition an easy
