So you're happy the willing testimony of the guy who sold the explosives to Ghailani was kept from the jury? Ditto for Ghailani's confession? Because the CIA had water-boarded him three years before the FBI questioned him. Never mind the FBI didn't coerce him.

This case showed why war crimes shouldn't be tried in civilian courts.
