TJ, having wandered around those zones, it looks as though Japan and USA can stay ahead of China and easily. There are too many crooks in China. China is a dog eat dog and human eat dog society. A few engineers at the top can't change the culture. As my wife told me during India travels, I couldn't change India. While the bosses of China can have more impact, it's a very big project.
