First of all, torture testimony is not allowed in tribunals either... And Ghailiani wasn't going anywhere.....he got 20-life and wouldn't be released until the Al-Quaeda and Taliban issues are settled.....not going to happen anytime soon... I must have missed you answer as to how many tribunals have been held so far and what the results were?? You don't want any trials, civilian or tribunal....you just need a hangman....
