As Arun says, you are picking nits in a culture and after 100 million years of development, Japan is great, glorious and wealthy while China is not. I have never seen pants in a vending machine, but I have seen rice. Perhaps you are making it up or there are 3 machines somewhere. You seem unduly excited about such a thing given how many times you refer to it. Oh, China is going to go ahead is it? Promises promises....
