Sorry, Allen, I think I'm missing the point you're trying to make. Why would you want some sort of legal action now - to do what? Are you talking about possible collusion among the brokers? For now and for the squeeze, I would think pressuring the brokers - with copies to NASD and RMIL - is the best route. Provide them the opportunity to comply with a FORCEFUL request. Then, if they still sit on their hands, I don't know. Think you'd have to be talking class action suit then. I agree that the longer this goes on the more likely that some will be worn down. Let's hope that doesn't happen. We've all been through too much to let it be for naught now. I'm not budging, I know that! Seems no one expected the brokers to delay as they have. That, to me, is absurd. THAT should not be allowed to continue. Pugs, Riley, Hraka, etc. are right when they say if it takes being an a*****e to get them to move, then so be it. Other than that, patience everyone. We have the stamina to see this through.
