Sold my last house in Oct.'05 and opted out 403b by 80% in '08, rolled into physicals in February 2008. Blaming Sir Alan? I thank him so much for the gain that gave me so much fun and fun, and on and on.

OTT, those who blame him do have some reason as they do not know much and need guidance. Otherwise the cascade could not have cascaded, at least that deep.
