Ted, as I was driving through San Fran today seeing the Prius taxi cabs, I thought to myself, "Gee, wouldn't it be nice if local governments forced taxi cab drivers into brand new Chevy Volts?"

After all, it'd be a win-win for government and the environmentalists. Justify Government Motors and save the planet in the process.

Nothing can possibly go wrong, am I right? Reminds me of the name "Volkswagen," which basically means "The People's Car."

GM is now America's Volkswagen.
