A juicy offering was what the investment banks have been salivating over for a long time. Now that they have gotten it, I am hoping that they will not feel the need to shill for the stock anymore. BTW, they are attempting to complete the deal overnight. Hey, what's $300 million between friends. Let's see if it flies.
