Thanks. I referenced the Yahoo p/e as I know that many new to the investment/trading world use it as their only guideline. lol. That number is just 10x Lunn's last p/e. As for the insider share, sorry about that, I was looking at the wrong numbers; Equus @~35% in atpx, insiders @~35% of pre-merger TPG and about 10% of pre-merger Lunn seems about right.

Also, t/a speaking, a decline in price on such miniscule volumn this early in the game doesn't raise a red flag for me. Best wishes to all ATPX holders.
