Liam, Will be interesting to see. When I first tried wow 5.0 last december it was quite unstable and tech support was non existant. Since then they have released four patches and it seems that there were indeed a few bugs in there. For the price I would hope to see some improved support and timeliness of support. People who would use this software are probably not as open to typical point the finger syndrome as they are depending on this software to make money. It will be interesting to see how responds responds the new challenges that this new group of users will place upon them. Sean
