All good reasons to consider. I wish I owned them when they were around the $30 to $60 mark and streaming was just offered for the PS3. That one was a no brainer... UGGH KICKS SELF!

Sadly, the viewing quality is still sub par, IMHO. And the streams are only available in stereo, not 5.1 or DTS. Trust me, its not my gear or ISP. I get better streams in HD from youtube than I do from netflix.

Their customer support, while friendly, was unable to offer real solutions. So when it comes to movie titles I want to watch, the redbox to me seems like a better option.

Does anyone think the playback issues are reasons to be concerned for the future growth of this company? Or am I just being too picky and most people could care less about things like video quality and surround sound?
