From the buss I've seen. I would have to agree coal assets are being looked over by foreign and domestic companies recently. I however have no position in any coal producers currently. I generally shy away from Takeover Target companies that are in the spotlight. IMO-The best time to get in is, before the buzz, or when the buzz is cooled and forgotten.
