Earlier I remarked that we are in a short-term bear market. Okay, so that much is obvious. But as CNBC commentators never get tired of telling me, I have never seen a real, protracted bear market. How might we expect CYMI to act if we are not merely in a short-term down turn -- be it three more days, weeks, or months -- but a long-term systemic readjustment? CYMI is now a full-fledged 'value' stock. Do underpriced stocks hold their own in bear markets, or do real bear markets tend to undershoot fair value as radically as bull markets overshoot?
