JTS and IBM why not? please read the last lines of this link! yahoo.com "IBM will begin shipping drives to personal computer manufacturers worldwide next month and plans to license the technology to other disk drive manufacturers, Scranton said" I think they shold do so (at now) for their next generation of drives!
