why anyone would be a conservative. What is their philosophy? The Constitution. What is any black doing in the Republican party? After the civil rights vote, couldn't the same be asked about the Democrat party? Where are the conservative intellectuals? George Will, Charles Krauthammer and a dozen other scholars are leading the conservative intellectual battle.
