Met w/ CEO Ron Reeser of World Mortgage Exchange Group, Inc @ company HQ's yesterday (11/23/10). Very sharp guy w/a very innovative business plan. The company is in the process of obtaining capitial for the first tier of their business plan. Three properties have already been purchased (see Q-3 filing) with capital already raised and they are in the process of buying a very large commerial project up north. The company is also backed by Prominent Law Firm Morris, Manning, and Martin LLP out of Atlanta. This stock is about to go WAY UP and a bargain @ .65 cents per share. Also, private investment opportunities are available. For example:$ 100,000 investment @ 7% interest paid yearly w/note paid by year five. Company issues 33,334 shares of stock per $ 100,000 investment as an additional incentive. The company buys properties 25% below current appraised value then sells it with their 49 year mortgage (21 year mortgage amoritized over 49 years). Basically buyer pays 3% down, 7% interest rate first seven years and then 0% interest for remainder as long as loan is current and not in default. From year seven, all payments go to principle thus wiping out remainder by year twenty-one. The idea is to give the buyer an affordable payment within budget with the incentive to pay off quicker than the traditional 30 year mortgage. Take a look at their website.
