Google is banned in China. Of course Google could change their business to making cuddly teddies or giving away their good stuff for free, and that would be allowed. But doing business the Google way is banned. If an operation is banned, that means the business is banned. To explain what a lie is for you; a lie is a deliberate untruth. A knowing falsehood.
