Sandstorm Resources Announces the Issuance of Stock Options ccnm VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA-- (Marketwire - Nov. 24, 2010) - Sandstorm Resources Ltd. ("Sandstorm" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SSL) announces that its board of directors has approved the issuance of 6.9 million stock options. The options will have a five year term and will be issued after market close on November 26, 2010, with an exercise price based on the closing price on that day. The stock options are being granted pursuant to Sandstorm's Stock Option Plan and will be issued to officers, directors and employees of the Company.
