We read about raising taxes as an option to reduce debts, but with ghost companies paying taxes, that's not an option because they would simply upload their data to a place with lower taxes.

I wonder if Ireland, under European Community rules, is allowed to sell Tradable Citizenships. That could be hugely profitable and pay off their debts in no time. Wealthy Indians could buy one, become Irish, and live and do business anywhere in the EC. Wealthy Chinese could get a passport to freedom. No more having to put up with the lies and megalomania of China.
