All time low for SVU is about 8.25. Looks like typical year end tax loss selling with higher-than-average volume. Might want to pick it up when it stops sliding but not before, even though one did not catch the very bottom.

Does anyone know if that SVU owns the real estate of its stores and, if so, what it is the real estate worth?
