The hell it's not. Name me one example of a Communist system in the world that is not all about maintaining the party elites power forever? Name ONE! The Party elite ARE the NEW Capitalists and they have a MONOPOLY on it, and the stupid jerk working at a factory with a State provided "education" thinks that they are finally getting paid what they are worth. What a friggin bad JOKE. Castro is Rich as SH#$T!!! He is the compilation of ALL the Capitalists in Cuba before 1959 wrapped into one. He has all their wealth! He hands out some crumbs to the people like substandard health care and education and running water and food lines just a like a King would do in Feudalistic times.
