There's no guarantee all those Russian weapons will remain with Russia. Russia isn't the most stable of countries.

Krauthammer is just wrong. Even the (R)'s aren't REALLY against the treaty - (R) presidents and their congresses have enthusiastically supported it in the past. They just want to deny anything Obama attempts in their unpatriotic quest for power.
