Another one we can thank Bush for.....Lebanon, one of the most western like democracies in the Middle East, is moving closer to Iran. Ted And exactly what logic and facts are you applying to this statement? Let me put some of the pieces together for you. 1. Lebanon is very complicated politically. 2. Very small country that all of the powers are playing in. 3. Just saw Hariri's fathers temporary tomb in downtown Lebanon. Which side was he allied with and who was he opposing? 4. Hezbollah is the current big dog and the one with the arms. 5. Where do the arms come from? 6. Jr Hariri would like to survive another year or so. Other interesting facts on Lebanon 1. Some of the most beautiful huge caves north of Beirut. Well worth seeing. 2. Hardly any cedars left. A few protected areas. It is quite the beautiful tree though. 3. Visited Baalback Roman ruins. Hezbollah country. The crop in many of the fields might interest some of you all. It can supply the item that can be used for medical purposes in California and was on the ballot for legalization. Also lots of neat AK shots going off. Think there was a wedding going on. 4. Very capable people and country is quite diverse. Neil Neil
