Mike, Only a fool would buy or hold IMPX at above $18.

So all that this tells me is that management is not as foolish as the average investor. Sorry if you lost money, thats life, get over it, it happened over a year ago!!

The question is, What can IMPX do to that will result in share-holder value?

In my opinion they need to concentrate on "sockets" where they have a clear and sustainable competitive advantage. Management has taken steps to eliminate the product lines where they did not have this advantage. They are now concentrating their efforts on those areas where they can make a profit.
This is a great start and they have my support.

If you can't see value here then maybe you need to be looking at other stocks rather than poisioning the waters with year old grievances.
