Ipso, Doral Energy (DRLY) -- R U still hanging in there on this one doc? I see that Will converted his debt into stock today (see 8K's), which is great news, since it implies that he must have at least shaken hands with the Pure Gas guys on a deal. There's no way he would take paper in this sucker otherwise. Let's hope the lawyers don't screw it all up at this point. Now the questions are, how many goddam shares are out at this point, and what will the reverse split ratio end up having to be in order to make this happen? Do I hear 1:100???? <g>
