Weel, you know what can happen when a domestic brawl like this gets in the court. Lots of dirty laundry comes out that neither party really wants out. It may have been a calculated play by Bay, knowing they were in violation of their licensing agreement, yet daring Rockwell to come out and challenge them. Rockwell played a card, now Bay will get to explain how it was Rockwell's failure to live up to expectations that forced them to violate the licencing agreement. Or something like that, anyway.
