It may have been a calculated play by Bay, knowing they were in violation of their licensing agreement, yet daring Rockwell to come out and challenge them. Rockwell played a card, now Bay will get to explain how it was Rockwell's failure to live up to expectations that forced them to violate the licencing agreement. Or something like that, anyway.
