Are you saying, with a straight face, that Hong Kong and the mainland are homogeneous in their governance?

That there is no difference in the policies and enforcement mechanisms between Hong Kong and Peking?

Or are you the Glenn Beck of Hong Kong with a version of the truth that requires a radical suspension of observed fact?
