As far as I see it, no court in this country may recognize Shariah law in any case regardless of the Oklahoma amendment. For a court to do so would respect an "establishment of religion" in contradiction of the First Amendment.

Judge Miles-LaGrange is clearly a special-needs judge since she cannot comprehend the Constitution which she has taken an oath to defend. Using her bizarre logic, a religion which has human sacrifice as part of it's rituals must be recognized as having primacy over the Constitution. Never mind headless corpses thinketh she, a religion must be respected!

The conduct of all entities, whether individuals or organizations, must comport with the parameters of the Constitution. All else comes after it's consideration, not before.
