As far as I see it, no court in this country may recognize Shariah law in any case regardless of the Oklahoma amendment. For a court to do so would respect an "establishment of religion" in contradiction of the First Amendment. Judge Miles-LaGrange is clearly a special-needs judge since she cannot comprehend the Constitution which she has taken an oath to defend. Using her bizarre logic, a religion which has human sacrifice as part of it's rituals must be recognized as having primacy over the Constitution. Never mind headless corpses thinketh she, a religion must be respected! The conduct of all entities, whether individuals or organizations, must comport with the parameters of the Constitution. All else comes after it's consideration, not before. CF Rebel
