My inclination and observation is that the Wikileaks are good and that the people doing it have good intentions and are achieving good things.

My experience is that secret societies and government-running megalomaniacs are the greatest danger. Exposure of their shenanigans is a very good thing.

Note that China shut down Wikileaks. China has a greater problem than does the USA. The USA benefits from the leaks. It shows that they don't really have much of anything to hide [none that has been mentioned that I have seen so far].
