The average recompense according to a study of 275 cases (CA based I beleive), is about 20% of the total loss, or about 14% of the loss for the shareholder. (attorneys get about 28-30%, shareholders about 70-72%)

An example. You bought at 14. Today's price is 7, and you sold today, or the case was being argued today in court. Loss is 7. If class action is successsful, you get $1.00.

To breakeven, the stock would have to appreciate from 7, to 8. Will it? Maybe. Maybe not.

I suggest shareholders, past and present, at least talk to legal experts, as the above example is cusrory at best, although based on several conversations with class action attorneys.
