LOCN board on ihub going ballistic - company is a shell that filed a load of 10q's in late October. Stock went from triple zero to over .30 within days. Finally retreated - last week it was trading as low as the .04's. Yesterday someone called an 800 number that was listed on the sec filing for locn - it originally had a recording that said "Scott Contracting" - then in mid Nov it was changed and no name was identified - back to late yesterday, the recording now says Ambit Energy. This is what caused the late day rally. Everyone thinks the merger is with Ambit Energy. I don't believe anything until I see it in a filing, but this is an interesting development. Should be fun to watch today. It closed at .15 yesterday (from a day low of .06).
