Yes and no...the lowest SoL in Canada is better than average Chinese SoL however 2-300 million Chinese live the good life and then another handful live the TJ life...so.... many are corrupted and aware of Paris H and friends and live accordingly... anyway this is what I have read and seen on various media, have not been to China in 40 years....
